A C Wedding Cars

1.The customer is refered to as The Hirer, AC Wedding Cars is refered to as We.

2. The Booking will only be confirmed when the deposit of £50 is paid , which is non refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of the wedding.

3. No service will be provided if payment has not been paid in full.

4. If in the event of a cancellation the minimum charge will be the booking fee. If it occurs within 60 days of the event then payment of the outstanding balance will be paid in full.

5. We reserve the right to change vehicles due to mechanical failure or breakdowns, out of our control.

6. The Hirer is liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or guests, In the event of illness through food or drink a valeting charge of £100 will apply. Smoking is forbidden in all our vehicles.

7. All our vehicles are valeted to a high standard, but due to inclement weather we will not be held responsible for clothing becoming dirty or damaged.

8. We will not accept liability for any valuables left in any of our vehicles due to theft or loss.

9. By making a booking , the Hirer has entered a binding contract with AC WEDDING CARS .

10. We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time.
